It is the intent of the Commission to establish a contract for the removal of an existing underground vehicle fuel tank and distribution system, that is to be replaced with a new above ground fuel tank(s) and distribution system. The work will be performed at the Commissions, Potomac Water Filtration Plant located in Montgomery County Maryland
