Engineering Services IH-10 Lift Station

Existing IH10-1 Lift Station located on IH10-Feeder Road west of John Martin requires increased capacity to meet future growths. The selected consultant must determine the proper size of the lift station and force main. The existing force main is a 14-inch force main discharging into a manhole at the Wade Road. The proposed force main sized for the ultimate capacity must run approximately 9,500 LF west of the IH10-Lift Station to an existing manhole at Thompson Road. The consultant has to determine the feasibility of installing the force main inside the TXDOT Right of Way, in addition to acquiring any additional easements that the City may need, if required. The consultant must assist in the bidding, construction phase services along with acquiring any permits from TXDOT in installing the same.
