Harwin Access Management Project - T-201000 - City of Houston

Site work and paving for a civil project in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. Multiple median closures and modifications on Harwin, from Hillcroft to Fondren. The addition of a westbound lane and includes modifications to existing signals and provide improved drainage. As of July 13, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
