1) Remove 2230 +/- sf asphalt base and paving, estimated 2 inches paving over 12 inches of base. Remove 505+/- sf sidewalk and 116+/- ft curb. Replace removed material with equal volume of topsoil to maintain existing grade. Base material may be used in 4). Soil from 4) may be used as topsoil fill. 2) Remove 12” of fill/topsoil from area at south end of Library between sidewalk and building wrapping around from porch to program room door. (Excavated material can be used as fill in area 1). 3) Remove three 8+/- inch caliper ash trees. If possible, chip and save for library garden. 4) Remove 1195+/- sf of existing soil, 24+/- inches in depth, and replace with 12 inches of base and 3.5 inches of hot mix asphalt in 2 courses for 7additional parking spaces. 5) Patch 80 +/- sf of paving adjacent to Library with 1 inch hot mix paving 6) Restripe Town and Library parking lots as shown on "wetland worksheet" dated June 2019. 7) Install 125+/- sf of new sidewalk at the program room door as shown on sketch dated 2/4/20 by Bellwether architects. 8) Install two 800 gallon rain barrels, 40+/- ft of rain gutter (match existing) and downspout plumbing as shown on "Library Stormwater Plan" dated 7/16/19.
