Estimate Cost General Construction - $ 4,600,000 Plumbing - $ 1,000,000 HVAC - $ 1,300,000 Electrical - $ 1,800,000 Asbestos Abatement - $ 300,000 Scope: The work consists of the following: 1. Replace deteriorated interior and exterior building lighting. 2. Reconstruct deteriorated Toilet rooms 3. Reconstruct deteriorated Locker rooms 4. Reconstruct classroom for change in curriculum 5. Reconstruct deteriorated masonry 6. Replace outdated FA system 7. Reconstruct deteriorated parking lots and Bus Loop 8. Reconstruct deteriorated exterior Athletic facilities 9. Replace select deteriorated classroom and exterior doors and frames 10. Reconstruct deteriorated floor finishes 11. Provide HVAC upgrades in deficient areas 12. Original Toilet rooms are in need of reconstruction. 13. Original Kitchen is in need of reconstruction and reconfiguration to meet the current needs of the school 14. Existing Main office is being reconfigured to accommodate the Security Vestibule addition. 15. Security Vestibule addition is being as a point of controlled entry. 16. Existing Gymnasium does not meet the current or future needs of the PE program. 17. Replace interior and exterior building and emergency lighting 18. Tactile signage is needed for building way finding. 19. Fire alarm system is outdate and in need of replacement 20. Ventilation is required in select storage rooms
