Description

Construction Management at Risk services are required for construction of a modular classroom addition consisting of 26 concrete modular classroom units with construction of required bathroom facilities. The classroom units will be relocated to the site. The modular classroom units will be used as general classroom space to accommodate +/-600 student stations. The addition will be constructed on the +/-40,000 SF site currently used for the Agriculture Laboratory which will be relocated under a separate project.
