Description

Perform crack and seal repairs, and sealcoat asphalt maintenance, and repair any potholes that have developed, and restripe all parking spots including handicap parking spots, and paint any curbs that are already painted yellow in the parking lot along with restriping the 2 Basketball Courts. Restriping of the parking spaces will be per the measurements of the parking spaces in the back half of the parking lot. Areas covered will be the entire Southwest Large Employee Parking Lot back to the storage barn, also the horseshoe turn around and exit drive both connected to Harding Street. Also, the long entrance drive off of Harding Street to the back of the property. The long entrance drive is 16,500 square feet in size. All the other areas measure out to 134,000 square feet for a grand total of 150,500 square feet. The parking lot and areas shall be completed in 4 stages. The first stage will be the long Entrance Drive, and the Horseshoe Turn Around, and the Basketball Court, and the southwest quadrant of the lot, then we will proceed from there with the other 3 stages
