Lake of the Woods to Al Coith Park Drainage Improvements

Contract will consist of providing all labor, material, and equipment for construction of storm drainage systems for Annie Street from just East of Orange Avenue (S.R. 527) East to Delaney Avenue. The storm sewer improvements include the construction of 24- and 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) from Orange Avenue to Delaney Avenue, connecting to an existing 36” storm sewer main that outfalls into Al Coith Park. The new storm sewer systems include concrete pipe, manholes, inlets, nutrient separating baffle box and a biosorption side bank filtration system in Al Coith Park. The reconstruction of Annie Street will be asphalt pavement replacement with brick replacement at the intersection with Delaney Avenue. The project also includes replacement of existing sanitary sewer and laterals, replacement of existing Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) water mains and water services along Annie Street.
