Cage Washers Rack and Bottle

The Cage and Rack Washer will replace an existing pit-mounted two-door pass-thru unit. The Cage and Bottle Washer will replace an existing floor mounted two door pass-thru unit. Delivery, installation and local startup is requested for both units. Item A: Cage and Rack Washer Requirements for a steam heated unit with incoming water approximately 120F o Approximate Interior Cabinet Size: 48" wide by 88" high by 90" long o Two door pass-thru o Service enclosure/trim and door fascia only required on dirty side o Controls to be located on the right side of the unit's dirty side o Existing wall opening is approximately 83" wide by 101" high o Pit mounted o See attached drawing of existing pit o 480V 3-phase, 60Hz o Steam coil sump heating o Data stored on removeable flash memory o Interlocking doors o Bottle washing capabilities o Bottle wash cart with manifold wash system o Floor connection and docking inside cabinet o Exhaust fan to supplement building exhaust o Acid and Alkaline detergent chemical storage tanks o Interior emergency stop system o Delivery & installation o Local startup Item B: Cage and Bottle Washer Requirements for a steam heated unit with incoming water approximately 120F o Approximate interior cabinet size: 48" wide by 30" high by 34" deep o Two door pass-through o Existing wall opening is approximately 60" wide by 87" high o Floor mounted o 480V 3-phase, 60Hz o Data stored on removeable flash memory o Alkaline and Acid compatible o Steam coil sump heating o Any accessories/options required for bottle/cage washing o Delivery & installation o Local startup The Cage and Rack Washer will replace an existing pit-mounted two-door pass-thru unit.
