Canyonlands Regional Airport - Lot 108 Hangar

Plans call for the construction of a one story, 4,410 square foot hangar building at the Canyonlands Regional Airport with a 980 square-foot slab for a future building addition. As of November 17, 2022, the construction documents are currently underway. An architect and a general contractor have been selected. The general contractor is currently accepting bids for excavation and engineered concrete slab. The construction for excavation is expected to begin in February of 2023. The construction for the engineered concrete slab is expected to begin in March of 2023. Further details regarding additional trades needed and timeframes have yet to be announced.
