500,000 Gallon Steel Single Pedestal Spheroid Elevated Tank in Johnson City, Tennessee: The complete cleaning and repainting of the tank on the interior wet surfaces, the complete cleaning and repainting of the interior dry surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: repair of concrete and grout; furnishing and installation of new electrical receptacle in base cone, cushion inserts and boots for antenna cable penetrations, flange and elastomeric check valve at discharge end of overflow pipe, overflow splash pad, ladders, ladder safe-climbing devices, roof safety railing toe bars, screen for roof vent pallet, roof manhole, hinges for access tube roof manhole cover, and brackets and fittings for a future cathodic protection system; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items
