Redwine Water Heater Replacement Project

Provide and install (2 each) domestic water heater to include: Prefer Lochinvar brand water heaters. Proposals on brand of like nature and quality may be considered (See Section 4.1). If proposal is based on other than referenced preference, the proposal must show manufacturer, brand or trade name, lot number, etc., of article offered and must meet the following minimum requirements: • 399 MBH input capacity each • 96% thermal efficiency • BACnet IP com gateway • Stainless steel heat exchanger • Install new stainless steel flue vents or if applicable reuse existing • 5 year limited manufacturer parts warranty on water heater • 200 gallon storage tank • Connect to existing gas piping • Connect to existing domestic water piping • Insulate water piping as necessary to match existing conditions • One year warranty on workmanship • Respondent will provide ALL tools and equipment necessary to perform stated scope of work • Respondent must be capable of providing certification or licensing of skilled crafts performing the installation.
