2022 TXCDBG Water Line Improvements

The project consists of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 6-inch (6) diameter water line by trenchless construction along with appurtenances along Avenue J and 6th Street. Project also includes the installation of new water services lines for the new water line. Project also includes an Alternate Bid of installing approximately 800 linear feet of 6-inch (6) diameter water line by trenchless construction along with appurtenances along Avenue F. The deadline to ask questions is 1/27/2023 3:00 PM CST. The project is located within the City of Pattison along Avenue F, 6th Street, and Avenue J. The bidder shall submit either a five percent (5%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bond payable to the Owner.Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open.
