Maintenance Building Expansion

Maintenance Building Expansion and new Dirt Storage Building. In connection to the equestrian and livestock facilities The Ranch will require additional maintenance equipment storage, covered dirt storage and an expanded secured yard for the storage of panels, portable stalls, traffic devices and other equipment utilized throughout the site. 5.1.1.1 Maintenance Building: Larimer County is intending to renovate and expand the current maintenance facility that is located north of the equestrian complex as seen in 2021 Site Plan Sequencing key number five (5). The existing facility as seen in A9.2.1 Maintenance Facility (Attachment I) is anticipated to be expanded to a total 13,000 SF facility. This is to include a 2,600 SF workshop, staff office, breakroom, restroom, shop, and lockable tool storage with including 10,400 SF for eight 20 FT x 40 FT vehicle bays with overhead doors and adjacent storage. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions. 5.1.1.2 Maintenance Yard and Dirt Storage: The County intends to expand its secured gravel maintenance yard facility and construct a new dirt storage space. The dirt storage building is to include five 75W x 75L x 20H asphalt-floored bays of covered storage that will be designed to withstand damage by heavy machinery. This project is to include all finish site work from back of curb, including fencing, landscaping, and lighting. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions.
