Description

The purpose of this project is to purchase a modular office top house a rubber production facility. There will be modular walls that will create one main room and will share a wall with an existing block building along the north side. This purchase description details two (2) different options, but only one (1) will be purchased subject to available funding. Option 1 is to be a unit measuring approximately 45-ft x 36-ft. Option 2 is to be a unit measuring approximately 55-ft x 36-ft. The contractor shall be solely responsible for complete installation and removal of shipping material of the office in accordance with this purchase description. No Government labor, equipment, or materials will be used to support this project. Existing equipment will be removed by the Government prior to the contractor beginning installation of new equipment.
