This project includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, architectural, and electrical work. The contractor shall provide the equipment, supervision, and expertise required to perform general construction, alterations, removal of existing structures and construction debris as per contract drawings and specifications for the Operating Rooms located in Building 110A, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Hampton, VA 23667. Classification Set Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program Set-Aside (VAAR 819.70) Product Service Code: 6145 Wire and Cable, Electrical NAICS Code: 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Size Standard: $19 million Place of Performance: 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton, VA 23667 An invitation for Bid is contemplated IAW FAR Part 14: An invitation for Bid (IFB) with a 30-day response time after issuance of solicitation. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to VAAR 836-204 Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
