RFQ - Conservation and Development and Affordable Housing Plan

The Town of Berlin, CT is accepting statements of qualifications (Statement) for the services of a qualified individual or consulting firm to aid in preparing the Town's 2023 Plan of Conservation and Development to prepare Berlin's Affordable Housing Plan for submission prior to July 24, 2022. Interested Consultants having the qualifications and expertise to carry out the project in accordance with statutory and local requirements as defined herein must respond to this request on or before the submission due date. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate this INVITATION TO BID, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's judgment, is the lowest responsible and qualified bid.The Town of Berlin is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
