RFQ Engineering - Wastewater Improvements

The City of Walnut Grove, Missouri, requests qualifications for Engineering, Related Professional Services and subsequent work, including but not limited to planning reports, design, construction, observation and other services, for work related to the provision of wastewater improvements. The proposed project may utilize grant funds from the American Rescue Plan Act ARPA through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources MDNR, and or funds through the United States Department Agriculture USDA, and or the Community Development Block Grants CDBG. Reports, documents and services must meet the requirements of the funding agencies. Information provided to the City must include at a minimum: A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required; B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; C. The past record performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; D. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. A and C above may receive primary consideration. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications. Once the most qualified firm is selected, a cost may be negotiated separately for the provision of services.
