This is not an IFB (bid). Bernard Fineson DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Upon request, vendor must demonstrate relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude. Bernard Fineson DDSOO reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. Location- 44 Rainbow Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10302 SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove all kitchen cabinets counter tops tile back splash and appliances. 2. Repair, prep and paint all walls, ceiling and molding in kitchen area. 3. Install all new solid wood cabinets Finish to be determined by Plant Superintendent prior to project start date. 4. Install new granite counter tops. Color to be determined be plant superintendent prior to project start date. 5. Install new sink, faucet, and tile back splash. 6. Replace all outlets with GFIC outlets. 7. Reinstall the appliances and reconnect services (electric and plumbing) as required
