Middletown Community Park Development and Rehabilitation Project

Project consists of the installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, unclassified earthwork, storm drain structures and piping, water line extension and installation of new fire hydrants, sanitary sewer extension, resurfacing and restriping of the existing park road and parking lot pavement, construction of new asphalt and concrete pavements, curb and asphalt trail, construction of new maintenance buildings and re-roofing existing office building, renovations to the existing ballfields including backstops, players benches, infields and outfield fencing, renovations to the existing restroom building, renovation of the existing basketball court and sand volleyball court, replacement of two existing playgrounds and bandstand, installation of a new prefabricated restroom building, construction of two new pavilions, construction of a new Little League field, installation of parking lot and roadway lighting, retrofit existing pavilion lighting, construction of retaining walls and railings, installation of fencing, signage, site furnishings, and landscaping.
