Covered parking will be expanded to include the top level of the parking ramp. A new roof with dynamic lighting will be constructed over the entire third level along with screening on the sides to protect patrons and vehicle from driving rain and snow. New Photovoltaic (PV) system will be installed atop of the new parking ramp roof. The PV system will be integrated into the terminal power distribution system to reduce dependency on the local power utility. A new roof with dynamic lighting will be constructed over the departure roadway. At minimum it will cover the entire width of the roadway for the entire length of the drop off area (500 linear feet). The new roof will include all passenger walkways between the terminal and parking ramp. New roof will be constructed over the limousine parking area off the west side of the main entrance. A new roof will be constructed over the bus and rideshare pickup area off the east side of the main entrance. Rehabilitation of ten (10) air handling units in the two (2) penthouses at the passenger terminal. Work will include replacement of heating & cooling coils, DX condensers, supply/return fans, filtration system, and installation of new Ultra-Violet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) system. Replacement of sixteen (16) large capacity rooftop units at the passenger terminal. New unit will have increased filtration and new Ultra-Violet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) system.
