Description DCAMM Certificate. Install properly new flashing, air and vapor barrier and related components to deter water penetration behind existing roof metal edge coping and fascia panels throughout the blue building portion of the High School Complex. This is approx. 900 lineal feet of work. 1. Re-caulk all existing joints at walls, repair existing substrate condition. 2. Provide lap joints between metal edge/coping and existing roof membrane. 3. Seal all weather penetration points 4. Add Alternate for this project is the replacement of metal edge/coping and fascia at stair tower as indicated on plan. This is approx. 200 lineal feet of work.
