Description

The JHA is seeking firm pricing for HVAC services for various multi-family residential sites, scattered sites, and two administrative buildings. HVAC services include but are not limited to emergency response, installation, maintenance, reconditioning, troubleshooting, or repairs that may be required. Other HVAC services will also be required on an “as needed” basis. The contractor shall consult with the JHA personnel and provide meaningful technical assistance and advice regarding the most effective means and methods to contain cost and effectively complete HVAC work.
