Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the demolition and removal of an existing fixed pier, installation of a new fixed pier, gangway access pier, and upland ADA ramp, installation of a floating dock and new marina utilities as indicated in the bid documents. Funds for this project are derived from the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Therefore, the successful Contractor shall comply with all grant requirements. The Cone of Silence shall be in effect from the time of advertisement until contract award. Such communication shall result in disqualification.
