Elevated Water Storage Tank Improvements

The opening and reading of the Bids may be modified subject to COVID-19 preventative measures. The Project consists of constructing elevated water storage tank improvements. Major items include the following items: - 50,000-gallon elevated water storage tank - Sitework - Site piping - Electrical - Demolition of existing elevated tank Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids must be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Murdock City Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Checks for Bidding Documents must be payable to "Widseth". Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
