Description

Remove failed, loose, or damaged caulk/sealant. Prepare surfaces for new caulk/sealant for maximum adhesion. Protect existing surfaces not receiving caulk. Remove and clean any areas of over-application or accidental application not intended to be applied. Install new caulk/sealant. New caulk/sealant colors will match existing materials. New caulk/sealant will be approved for the materials on which it is used. Existing materials consist of metal (aluminum) and glass. Contractor is responsible for temporary barricading of sidewalks and driveways as well as procuring of necessary ROW permitting. Overnight storing of equipment on site will be the responsibility of the Contractor and any storage locations must have prior approval of the Building Manager. Upon completion, clean work areas including glass, sills, aluminum frame, and stone. Remove all tools, equipment, and materials. Remove work related debris and trash.
