Frackville Senior Center Improvements

The Project consists of plumbing and architectural alterations for the sole purpose of making the Frackville Senior Center located at 130 Frack Street, Frackville facility more accessible. Alterations include moving stud wall partitions in both the mens and womens restrooms to accommodate ADA clear spaces at the restroom doors, relocating toilets and urinals and replacing the toilet partitions to accommodate ADA clear spaces at fixtures, new ADA compliant vanities and fixtures, new aluminum entry doors and ADA compliant hardware, and new interior finishes in areas that are disturbed by the primary work. All work is within the Borough of Frackville, Schuylkill County.

Clubhouse/Social Club, 3,730 SF Renovation.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
