| Description | Provide all labor, tools, and equipment to rebalance the domestic hot water distribution system for the Minneapolis Veterans Home located at 5101 Minnehaha Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The Contractor is required to calculate and balance each valve at each location rather than take readings from "representative" locations.There are approximately 72 mixing valves in the building ranging from ceiling valves to individual resident room valves at sinks and showers. The facility can supply drawings, past design,and repairs. Upon completion the building’s water hot temperatures must range between 105-115 degrees F. |
