Description

1. Removal of one American Marsh 20MFP single stage vertical pump and motor to include all labor and equipment required 2. Unwiring the motor 3. Unbolting the pump from the base and piping 4. Providing and installation of a blank flange on the discharge side of the pump 5. Cover the inlet pipe after removal of the pump 6. Transportation of pump 7. Perform electrical testing on existing motor 8. Install new motor bearings on existing motor if needed 9. Sandblast components and prep for inspection if needed 10. Dimensionally measure all operating clearances and record on inspection report 11. Assemble all rotating parts and balance 12. Assemble pump and motor with new parts listed if needed to be replaced, the City of Ann Arbor would be credited with the parts not needed a) (1) Bowl assembly (customer supplied) b) (4) Spyder bearings (customer supplied) c) (1) Stuffing box bearing (contractor supplied) d) (1) Set of packing (contractor supplied) e) (1) Shaft sleeve (contractor supplied) f) (1) Stuffing box gasket (contractor supplied) g) (2) Motor bearings (contractor supplied) h) (1) Deflector (contractor supplied) 13.
