Description

The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the repairs in Arena Garage 38. Parking Garage 38 is a 4-level pre-cast concrete parking structure of approximately 80,400 SF of plan area per level. The structure consists of pre-cast concrete columns, beams, spandrel beams and double-tee floor slabs. The scope of work includes the replacement of backer rod and caulking at all existing component to component joints as well as the replacement of caulking/sealant at existing and new slab cracking. The scope also includes concrete spalling and crack repairs plus the repair and replacement of corroded rebar.
