Description

Replace existing packaged rooftop HVAC Units with new. Provide new packaged rooftop HVAC Units to serve offices. Provide new ductwork and balance all systems. Make the associated controls modifications to accommodate the new units. Provide new interior Air Handling Units with gas heat. Demolish existing steam boiler, steam piping, condensate piping, condensate pump and all associated items. Remove existing steam perimeter heaters.
