Description

The work to be performed generally includes: Roof repairs/replacement to three sections of a commercial roof at 1885 Peterson Road. Acquire all applicable permits, remove existing roof system on sections 1 and 2 (Northern and Central sections), and haul away / dispose of debris. Replace the current rock ballast system roof, 2 of 3 sections, with Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof system (approximately 6,039 square feet). Repair current EPDM roof section (Southern section) by resealing in-accordance-with manufacturer recommendations (approximately 1916 square feet).
