2023 Paving Program

**As of May 2, 2023, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** Village of Cardington (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2023 Paving Program The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 5,500 of rubblizing and rolling existing asphalt pavement and replacing with new asphalt pavement, striping, curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramps, ditch grading, and storm sewer repairs. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2023 Paving Program Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $246,000. The Project has an expected duration of 15 working days There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
