Plans call for the construction of a multi-phased mixed-use development on a total of 52 acres. Phase one is expected to include the residential portion of this project with 144 for-sale single-family homes, 285 apartment units, and 62 for-sale townhome units. As of January 10, 2023, the project has received entitlements, and will begin the permitting process. An architect has been selected. Information regarding how and when a general contractor will be selected has not yet been confirmed.
