SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION)(FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Quote Acceptance Period: Offers providing less than 60 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected. B.12 Other Important Information: Under no circumstances will any oral statements made be binding upon the Government unless such statements or agreements are issued in writing by the Contracting Officer. Only a warranted Contracting Officer acting within their delegated limits has the authority to issue modifications or otherwise change the terms and conditions of this contract.
