Description All litter must be removed and properly disposed of prior to commencement of mowing. In the event litter is cut during mowing, Contractor is responsible for its clean-up and disposal prior to leaving the area. Contractor is required to report quantities and location of collected litter. All grass shall be cut to a height of 2-1/2" to 3" but no less than 2-1/2" and mowed in accordance with the frequency listed in Bid Specifications. Discharge guards shall be in the down position at all times. No side discharge mowers are to be used in any area, rear discharge mowers only.
