The housing units will be wood framing construction and the pool room exterior walls will be made of architectural precast concrete. The project will be connected to the existing adjacent dining hall via an underground concrete tunnel. Project will have 32 guest units, lobby and ammenity spaces, an exterior deck, exterior spa, and indoor pool with supporting spaces. Construction will begin summer of 2022. Construction includes sitework, asphalt paving & concrete gutter, concrete walls and footings, precast hollow core plank & architectural walls, manufactured stone veneer, wood wall panels & trusses, rough and finish carpentry, heavy timber beams and roof decking, foundation waterproofing, aluminum storefronts & windows, asphalt shingles, LP siding, EFIS, doors & hardware, drywall, paint, finishes, flooring, casework, swimming pool and spa, fire suppression, mechanical, & electrical as indicated in the Construction Documents.
