Description

Building repairs will include the removal of the south entry exterior wall and glazing assembly. Replacing the wall will include new 8” metal stud framing, exterior sheathing and tile prep, ceramic tile, drywall, paint, R&R of window treatment and a new storefront. There are other areas inside that will require partial wall removal for inspection and reinstalled, there are several throughout the SOC in need of drywall repair and painting and doorframes removed and adjusted so they operate as intended.
