Emergency Repairs to Water System - Contract A

The successful bidder (Contractor) for each Contract will be required to execute the Agreement provided in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will also be required to furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. All bidders who will be submitting bids to the authority must register and purchase a complete set of Bid Documents from Systems Design Engineering, Inc. The consideration of the apparent low bidder will be at the regularly scheduled Authority meeting to be held at 11:00 AM prevailing time on July 20, 2023. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of Bids, except as specifically provided by law. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public, natural resources that affect the project. The Maidencreek Township Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids, and the above invitation to Bidders is made for the benefit of the Maidencreek Township Authority and no rights shall be deemed to accrue to any person making a Bid by reason of the submission of any bid hereunder or by waiver or non-enforcement of any provision of requirement of this invitation.
