The project consists of streetscape improvements along Washington Avenue (CR604) and High Street between Pershing Avenue and Carteret Avenue. Approximate quantities include 600 CY of excavation, 5,000 SY of milling, 950 tons of HMA surface course, 1,300 linear feet of curb, 675 square yards of concrete paver walks, lighting improvements, associated work, and restoration.
