This information is provided for the following project: Wapato Headworks Rehabilitation. 1. Funding: An award will be made under this solicitation, as funds are presently available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before the closing date. 2. Proposal Acceptance Period/Date: The proposal acceptance period shall extend thirty (30) days past the closing date. 3. Solicitation Deadline: November 1, 2022, at 12:00 P.M. Central Time (CT). 4. Questions and Answers: Questions and answers will be conducted and submitted to acquisitions using the Q&A Log, Attachment 8, in Section J. 5. Pre-site visit questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the following individuals: Contract Specialist (CS), Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than October 3, 2022. 6. The site visit for this project is scheduled for October 4, 2022. If you plan on attending, submit a roster of attending individuals with the following information: Name, Title, Company Representing, Email, Phone Number. 7. Post-site visit questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the following individuals: Contract Specialist (CS), Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than October 18, 2022. 8. Notice to Proceed (NTP): The NTP will be issued within 30 calendar days of contract award. 9. Period of Performance: Three hundred (300) calendar days after issuance of NTP. 10. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 - Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. 11.
