| Description | The Osage Nation will receive bids for demolition services. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses. 1. Be responsible for termination electric at meter/pole, gas line at service meter location, and cap plumbing at elevation. 2. Flag/mark all terminated at elevation service lines. 3. Remove all concrete and/or pavement and properly dispose. 4. Remove and dispose all debris. 5. Be responsible for making sure there are no low areas where water can stand. 6. Be responsible for bringing in dirt for fill and make sure it is left in mowing condition |
