On Call Electrical Service

This project work is to provide on-call electrical service on an as needed basis. The successful Contractor shall have prior experience with all electrical services. Question Deadline: 08/11/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The Service Provider will abide by all State and Federal regulations on wages and hours of an employee dealing with the employment relationship between the Service Provider and its subsidiaries or related parties and its employees, including but not limited to the Federal National Labor Relations Act, the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall normally perform on-site work during Standard Work Hours which are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding City's observed holidays. The Service Provider shall submit all invoices to City of Fairburn the Finance Department electronically to finance@fairburn.com or send to 56 Malone Street SW, Fairburn, GA 30213. The City of Fairburn reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Fairburn
