Replacement and Installation of Glass on USAFA

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform replacement and installation of glass, doors, and frames at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado and satellite facilities. Services may be required to be performed at facilities that are up to six (6) stories high. The contractor shall perform in a manner which will minimize disruption to normal Air Force Academy operations. Replacement and installation of glass, doors, and frames may include entrance/exit glass doors, fixed glazed panels, fixed or sliding glazed units, fixed or moveable window units, spandrels, mirrors, blast resistant glass, store front fixed frames, store front door frames, conventional curtain walls, blast curtain walls, curtain wall face caps, store front doors, and blast doors. Services shall include caulking of units when applicable.
