| Description | Following project at Southside High School. Southside High School is a multi-story, precast- concrete panel, building completed in 2006. Currently, the building has deteriorated, exterior, sealant joints, at control joints, expansion joints, windows and other adjacent openings. The project will consist of the removal and replacement of deteriorated, exterior, sealant joints and wet seals at windows with new sealant and backer rods as recommended by the manufacturer during the dates of June 6, 2022- August 9, 2022. The project also has two following alternates: pressure wash the entire building; apply a waterproofing sealant on the entire building. |
