T’siya Enrichment & Learning Center

Construction of a new 10,201 sf Enrichment and Learning Center located on the Pueblo, immediately North of the existing Day School. Includes offices, and classrooms to accommodate Language and Childcare. consists of site preparation and construction of a new 10,201sf facility for the enrichment of Pueblo youth. Two (2) prefabricated metal buildings are tied together with a small lobby and waiting area of conventional construction. The (2) metal buildings shall be balloon framed with steel studs and finished with EIFS systems. The rear of the metal buildings (sides facing the playground) will remain finished with standard metal building finishing. The roof composition of both wings will remain standard metal building roofing. The connection piece between the buildings shall be constructed of curtain wall with conventional framing and TPO roofing over rigid insulation. All windows and entrances shall be storefront. Additional construction materials shall include CMU Site walls, interior metal stud framing, hollow metal and aluminum door frames, architectural interior casework, wall/floor and ceiling finishes to include porcelain tile, stained and polished concrete floors. Work includes mechanical/plumbing/and electrical systems, data/phone systems, miscellaneous concrete work and new utility connections. All kitchen equipment shall be provided by owner and installed by contractor. All FF&E shall be provided by Owner. All HVAC equipment associated with the kitchen and facility shall be installed by contractor.
