Traffic Signal and Street Lighting Maintenance

The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance and continuous operation of the traffic signal and vehicle emergency preemption devices owned and/or operated under the jurisdiction of the City of Park Ridge. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and material to maintain the respective systems in first class working and operating condition at all times; the Contractor shall clean, repair and overhaul specified equipment at stated intervals of time; the Contractor shall provide the necessary transportation for the workmen, materials, and equipment used to execute the terms of the contract; and in case of emergency, the Contractor shall provide twenty-four/seven (24/7) maintenance and repair services, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The work shall consist of the maintenance and continuous operation of the lighting equipment owned and/or operated under the jurisdiction of the City of Park Ridge. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and material to maintain the respective systems in first class working and operating condition at all times; the Contractor shall clean, repair, and overhaul specified equipment at stated intervals of time; the Contractor shall provide the necessary transportation for the workmen, materials, and equipment used to execute the terms of the contract; and in case of emergency, the Contractor shall give 24/7maintenance and repair services, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
