Description

The Consultant shall provide the Design, Construction Administration, Permitting and Bid/Award Services to construct a new restroom at Hacklebarney State Park. The Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) desires the new restroom to be heated and have a new septic system. The new system shall be environmentally safe and approved by the DPMC project team and NJDEP facility staff, and designed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including the Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems. The Consultant shall investigate the existing conditions of the site and evaluate the feasibility of the proposed locations for the new restroom facility, the new septic system and all related components.
