| Description | Replace approximately 20 linear feet of 8" C900 PVC pipe, replace one (1) lateral as designated, install approximately 210 linear feet of CIPP liner in 8" sewer main, rehab three (3) manholes and mill and overlay approximately 70 square yards of pavement. 1. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits required to complete this project which were not obtained by the city. Permits shall be obtained at no additional cost to the project. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of all permits related to the work, whether obtained by the Contractor or the City. 2. Replace 8" sewer pipe with 8" C900 PVC pipe as designated. 3. Replace one (1) lateral as designated. 4. Install CIPP liner in 8" main as designated. 5. Rehab manholes #2220, #2155 and #2305 as designated. 6. Restore pavement, driveways and,or curb and gutter to meet requirements of the Engineering Department or as designated. 7. Properly dispose of all excess material and debris. 8. Restore site conditions and landscaping, topsoil and re-seed disturbed areas as determined by pre-video site inspection | ||||
