Description

The Work is for repair and maintenance of parking lots at COTA owned facilities. Contractor is to perform services consisting of, but not limited to, preventative maintenance and repairs to meet all manufacturers recommended specifications and shall include time and materials for sealing asphalt, crack filling, asphalt patching, striping, parking lot sealing, minor concrete repairs, and small concrete pours.
